Launch pricing is a one-time payment. There is no recurring monthly charge for the Pilot, Property Program, or Portfolio Program at this stage.

Why it matters
Poor disposal habits, clutter, neglected cleaning routines, and unprepared move-outs can contribute to avoidable cleanout, waste, pest-control, maintenance, and turnover costs. MOCEC does not replace leases, maintenance teams, pest professionals, or waste vendors. It supports them by teaching residents the everyday behaviors that help prevent small problems from becoming larger ones.
Choose a level
Pilot — $149 one time: Starter implementation for one property or a small resident group. Includes the core resident guide, waste and pest-prevention guidance, property-etiquette checklist, move-out reset checklist, resident communication template, and manager implementation checklist.
Property Program — $399 one time: Everything in Pilot plus property-specific customization, branded resident materials, expanded inspection-readiness tools, move-in and move-out resources, and a structured rollout plan for one property.
Portfolio Program — $899 one time: Everything in Property Program plus multi-property rollout structure, reusable portfolio-wide resident education resources, expanded customization, manager implementation materials, and a scalable property-etiquette framework.
After purchase
- MOCEC Ventures LLC confirms the property, portfolio size, and highest-priority resident issues.
- The buyer selects the areas they want emphasized: waste, clutter, pest prevention, move-outs, inspections, or general property etiquette.
- MOCEC prepares the materials included in the selected tier.
- The property manager receives a ready-to-distribute resident package plus manager implementation guidance.
Future option: An optional monthly Resident Clarity Support plan may be offered separately for ongoing updates, new resident materials, seasonal reminders, and program refreshes. It is not included in these launch prices and will never be added automatically.
